💳 Payment Policy – Late & Failed Payment Fees

At Modern Gladiator Fight Training Academy, we’re committed to delivering excellent service while keeping our operations efficient. To help us manage administrative and processing costs, the following payment policies are in effect:

📌 Current Fee Structure:

• Late Payment Fee: A $25 fee will be added to any invoice not paid by the due date.
• Failed Payment Fee: A $50 fee will be charged for any failed or returned payments, including insufficient funds, expired cards, or declined transactions.

To avoid these fees, we recommend:

• Keeping your payment method current
• Enabling auto-pay (if available)
• Contacting us before the due date if you need assistance
